Ingredients:
- Chefs Potatoes 8 lbs
- Boursin Cheese 2 lbs
- Half & Half 1 pt Butter ½ lb
Method:
- Peel & quarter potatoes, place in cold water.
- Bring to boil, cook until fork tender, drain & dry.
- Combine half & half with butter, heat on stovetop.
- Place in mixer bowl, add cheese, mix, add half & half butter mixture.
- Adjust seasonings, flavor, and consistency, reserve for service.
