- Sour Cream 1 c
- Heavy Whipping Cream 1 c
- Buttermilk 1 c Chives, fresh, chopped ½ c
- Combine sour cream, heavy cream and buttermilk in stainless steel bowl, cover, vent and leave in warm kitchen overnight.
- This will develop curd, add chives, store in refrigerator.
