Ingredients:
Sour Cream 1 c
Heavy Whipping Cream 1 c
Buttermilk 1 c Chives, fresh, chopped ½ c
Method:
Combine sour cream, heavy cream and buttermilk in stainless steel bowl, cover, vent and leave in warm kitchen overnight.
This will develop curd, add chives, store in refrigerator.
