Hunt Sitka Blacktail on the vessel based transport hunt of a lifetime. Departing Kodiak Alaska , mid October thru early December. We depart on seven day vessel based Sitka Blacktail Deer hunts across the entire Kodiak Archipeligo. The Kodiak Archipeligo is home to vast numbers of Sitka Blacktail deer, being aboard our floating base camp, which allows easy access to hundreds of miles of coastline not accessible by traditional drop-off hunting, or other operations that “homestead” the same hunting grounds year after year.
The OS team, along with Benelli, Zeiss and Federal Premium ammunition took on this hunt with some of our favorite outdoor writers. This was one of our favorite trips we’ve ever done and are confident you will feel the same way. This years hunt will NOT be a From Field To Table event but still an epic hunt for Sitka Blacktail, seaduck and lots of fishing.
The deer hunting is transport only, so you are responsible for taking care of your harvest. The duck and fishing are fully guided, with plenty of opportunity for both. Below you will see a video from last years experience. We only have 2 spots left, which will not last long.
