Oyster Mushroom Black Pepper Wine Reduction

Ingredients:

  • Garlic Roasted ½ c
  • Oyster Mushrooms 2 lbs
  • Cracked Black Pepper 1 T
  • Red Wine 1 pt
  • Brown Sauce 1 qt

Method:

  • Sauté garlic, mushrooms, & pepper, add wine, reduce.
  • Add brown sauce reduce to desired flavor and consistency.
