Boursin Whipped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Chefs Potatoes 8 lbs
  • Boursin Cheese 2 lbs
  • Half & Half 1 pt Butter ½ lb

Method:

  • Peel & quarter potatoes, place in cold water.
  • Bring to boil, cook until fork tender, drain & dry.
  • Combine half & half with butter, heat on stovetop.
  • Place in mixer bowl, add cheese, mix, add half & half butter mixture.
  • Adjust seasonings, flavor, and consistency, reserve for service.
