Chive Crème Fraiche

Ingredients:

  • Sour Cream 1 c
  • Heavy Whipping Cream 1 c
  • Buttermilk 1 c Chives, fresh, chopped ½ c

Method:

  • Combine sour cream, heavy cream and buttermilk in stainless steel bowl, cover, vent and leave in warm kitchen overnight.
  • This will develop curd, add chives, store in refrigerator.
