Ingredients:

  • Plum Tomatoes 24
  • Parmesan Cheese Grated ½ c
  • Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs ½ c
  • Butter whole soft 2 T
  • Chopped parsley ¼ c
  • Garlic Powder 2 tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp Pepper ¼ tsp

Method:

  • Combine all ingredients except tomato.
  • Stem and toe tomato, top with bread crumb mixture.
  • Bake in 350-degree oven until soft and crumbs are toasted.
