Ingredients:
- Plum Tomatoes 24
- Parmesan Cheese Grated ½ c
- Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs ½ c
- Butter whole soft 2 T
- Chopped parsley ¼ c
- Garlic Powder 2 tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp Pepper ¼ tsp
Method:
- Combine all ingredients except tomato.
- Stem and toe tomato, top with bread crumb mixture.
- Bake in 350-degree oven until soft and crumbs are toasted.
- Reserve for service.
