Yoshida Sauce is an Asian brand sauce that blends flavors of soy, garlic and other seasonings that bring a rich flavor to all kinds of food. You may not think of Asian seasonings when you think about burgers but trust me on this one, it is delicious!

Recipe by Chef Albert Wutsch
Ingredients:
- Venison 1 ½ lbs
- Bacon ½ lb
- Yoshida Sauce 2 T
- Rec Tec Screamin Pig Rub 1 T
Method:
Grind venison and bacon, combine all ingredients and grind a second time.
Blend well and shape into desired portion sizes and shapes such as burgers, meat balls, and more.
Substitutions:
Use your choice of spices and amounts to achieve desired flavors.
For a fattier moist burger meat, substitute fresh pork jowls, pork belly, or pork butt for the bacon.
Use sausage for the fat additive instead of bacon or pork butt.
If you really like the flavor of beef, substitute beef fat or 70-30 ground beef.
For a completely different flavor, substitute your favorite BBQ sauce for the Yoshida sauce.
Cooking Options: Develop a base burger then adjust the base into various preparations by adding specific ingredients such as eggs, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoned bread crumbs for meat balls or for meat in lasagna.
