Last Year, we went 100% on the first day for both events! Everyone got their antelope and then learned how to butcher, process and cook protein they had sourced themselves.

 We have the privilege of hunting antelope on the Crow reservation, where trophy bucks are taken every year. For the past 4 years our clients have been 100% opportunity and the only hunters going home empty handed were the ones that had multiple misses. In addition to the great antelope hunting, if time allows hunters will have the opportunity to set up on prairie dog towns. 

The hunt is all spot and stalk on the 100’s of thousands of acres encompassed by the reservation. Hunters need to be prepared to shoot beyond 200 yards and out to 400 yards in some cases.

Next, experienced hunting guides bring guests into the field where they’ll learn about shot placement, and how to care for the animal in the field. This hunt for wild game will take people who prefer grass-fed beef and free-range poultry to another level. This is an ethical and honest experience.

Then, after the hunt, guests are cleanly shown how to butcher and process game to respectfully preserve the meat for the table.

Finally, an award-winning chef meets guests in the kitchen. After expert instruction, guests break into teams to cook meat taken from the hunt . They then gather for a meal, a feast in which they’ll feel and know the deep connection we have to our sustenance.

In the end guests go home with succulent wild game meat they harvested, the knowledge of how to expertly prepare the meat for the table and an experience that has changed them.
