One of our more popular hunts due to the fact that you are not just one and done. You will have the opportunity to take a whitetail doe, plus two wild hogs. Be sure to bring an extra cooler for all of the meat you will have to take home.
Each guest will have an opportunity for 1 doe and 2 wild hogs, learn how to field dress, break down into the primal cuts and finally down to the sub primal cuts, learn meat ID, package and label at least one of your animals. On the last day, you will work with Chef while learning how to process your wild game into various types of sausage and lastly work side by side with our other guest and the chef in the kitchen as you prepare some amazing elevated wild game dishes.
