Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti Squash 1
  • Butter ½ c S&P tt

Method:

  • Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds, bake skin side up at 350 for 1 hour.
  • Remove, let rest for 15 minutes, scoop out pulp, season and reserve for service.
